The Role

Como profesional de soluciones de TI, actuará como líder técnico clave, guiando a los especialistas en gestión de sistemas y a los equipos internos a través de retos complejos. Habilidades y experiencia requeridas

- Experiencia en ITSM con herramientas ITSM como ServiceNow. - Estar familiarizado con metodologías de gestión de proyectos y SDLC (Waterfall y Agile). - Capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas y prioridades en competencia. - Estar familiarizado con metodologías formales de resolución de problemas.

Habilidades y experiencia preferidas

- Certificación ITIL Foundation (v3/v4) o superior. - Eficaz a la hora de trabajar en la ambigüedad y crear consenso. - Experiencia en la gestión de las expectativas de los líderes empresariales en tiempos de crisis.
