Nous recherchons notre responsable de parc pour l’agence du Sud de Bruxelles à Drogenbos (le long du Ring).

Tes responsabilités:

C'est garantir l'organisation, la disponibilité et la qualité des équipements, et contribuer directement à la satisfaction des clients et à la performance de l'agence via:

  • La préparation du matériel en fonction des priorités de l'agence et la vérification de son bon état de fonctionnement
  • Le contrôle du matériel au départ et au retour de localisation, ainsi que l'identification des éventuelles anomalies
  • L'accueil des clients lors de la remise et du retour du matériel, avec des explications claires sur son utilisation
  • L'organisation du parc : rangement, optimisation des espaces et maintien d'un environnement propre et structuré
  • La réalisation de vérifications techniques de premier niveau et de petites interventions si nécessaire
  • La coordination avec l'atelier et l'équipe localisation pour assurer la disponibilité du matériel
  • Le suivi des stocks de consommables et le signalement des besoins
  • Le respect strict des consignes de sécurité au sein de l'agence

Drogenbos, c’est notre agence clé qui joue un rôle stratégique dans la région bruxelloise. Nous recherchons un Responsable de Parc capable de garantir l'organisation, la disponibilité et la qualité du matériel, tout en contribuant activement à la satisfaction client et au bon fonctionnement de l'agence.

Ton profil:

  • Une première expérience dans un environnement technique ou opérationnel (logistique, maintenance, chantier…) est un atout
  • Une bonne compréhension du matériel et un intérêt pour le domaine technique
  • Un véritable sens du service : tu veilles à ce que le matériel soit toujours prêt et conforme
  • Une aisance sur le terrain : tu es à l'aise autant avec le matériel qu'avec les clients
  • Une capacité à travailler en équipe et à collaborer avec l'atelier et l'équipe location
  • Une rigueur naturelle : organisation, suivi, respect des procédures
  • Un français opérationnel ; le néerlandais est un réel atout
