The successful candidate will lead brand strategy and execution, identify new growth opportunities, and work across functions to deliver strong business outcomes while improving patient access and experience.

• Lead the development and execution of insight-driven brand and marketing strategies that accelerate business growth and support better patient outcomes.
• Gain hands-on experience in brand P&L management, including sales forecasting, promotional budget planning, performance tracking, and business review discussions.
• Develop robust annual brand plans, including positioning, strategic priorities, customer engagement plans, and promotional execution aligned with portfolio strategy.
• Partner closely with sales leadership and field teams to translate strategy into impactful execution through clear direction, effective tools, training, and performance follow-up.
• Collaborate with medical, market access and policy, regulatory, supply chain, and other key partners to deliver integrated plans in a highly cross-functional environment.
• Monitor market trends, customer insights, competitive dynamics, and evolving treatment landscapes, translating insights into timely strategic and tactical actions.
• Drive product lifecycle management, including launch readiness, in-market optimization, growth initiatives, and continuous improvement of brand performance.
• Lead or support omnichannel and digital initiatives that strengthen customer engagement, improve execution effectiveness, and enhance overall brand impact.
• Build trusted relationships with external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and opinion leaders, while upholding the highest standards of ethics and compliance.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Skills, Knowledge, Experience, Qualifications Required for the Role

Required

• University degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Healthcare, Science, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales, marketing, medical, or related commercial roles; candidates with strong learning agility and growth potential are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies using data, customer insights, and digital or omnichannel approaches.
• Strong commercial acumen, curiosity, and problem-solving ability, with the confidence to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and build trusted partnerships.
• Customer‑focused, solutions‑oriented, and results driven, with a strong sense of accountability.
• Self-motivated and resilient, with a growth mindset, strong ownership, and aspiration to develop into broader leadership responsibilities over time.

Preferred

• Oncology experience is an advantage.
