Delivery Specialist (Implementation - Travel)

In this job you will:

The Delivery Specialist (Implementation) will play a crucial role in providing advanced support, managing complex requests, and ensuring the seamless implementation of our services. This role requires a customer-oriented approach, strong project coordination skills, and the ability to identify and create opportunities for professional services.

• Provide 2nd level support to manage and resolve complex requests and issues. With in-depth product knowledge to support operational activities, ensuring functionalities meet customer expectations.
• Serve as the project point of contact (POC) for assigned customer projects, managing timelines, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring the timely execution of solutions.
• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end flow for services readiness, including ordering (GOT), go-to-market (GTM) strategies, pricing, and billing.
• Identify and create opportunities for professional services to enhance client satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
• Deliver training to internal members on functional activities. Share knowledge and documentation to empower colleagues
• Identify improvement opportunities in the service catalog and standardize documentation templates for professional services
• Provide accurate effort and timeline estimations, regular status reporting, and deliver projects on time

About the ideal candidate:

• A bachelor’s degree in IT, computer engineering or computer science; or relevant work experience
• Strong knowledge in the ff: Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Request Management
• At least 3 years' experience in content management and security, or 5 years’ experience in implementation teams or a similar role
• Experience working in the Airline or Travel industry with exposure to Amadeus Products (GDS) in a technical support or help desk position is a plus
• Certification on IT Systems, ITIL Foundations or SAFe Certification preferred but not essential
• Understanding of the business impact to clients of incidents.
• Good analytical, problem solving, decision making, time management and project management skills
• Strong communication skills, able to understand customer’s needs, strong customer service skills, positive and collaborative, can adapt to situations and demands
• Open to a hybrid work setup (2-3 days a week onsite). Flexible to handle multiple shifts as required including weekends (morning, mid and night shifts). Location: BGC Taguig
