Vos responsabilités

  • Avoir une personnalité enthousiaste et passionnée, bien connaître les produits et services NIKE, afin de répondre au mieux aux besoins des client·e·s
  • Adopter chaque jour une attitude positive et partager votre passion avec vos collègues et client·e·s
  • Faire en sorte que chaque personne se sente bien accueillie, lui montrer que vous êtes à l'écoute de ses besoins et de ses envies, et surpasser ses attentes à chaque étape de son parcours
  • Respecter les règles et se comporter de manière professionnelle, en faisant preuve d'intégrité, de fiabilité et de gentillesse
  • Tenir une caisse enregistreuse, effectuer des tâches d'expédition et de réception des marchandises, gérer les stocks de produits, se charger de l'entretien et monter des présentoirs avec ou sans aménagements
  • Soutenir les autres membres de l'équipe en assistant aux évènements du magasin
