The administrative associate assists the District 1 Court Services office in Elizabeth City , NC.

This position is part of the Juvenile Justice Court Services team and is responsible for performing various office duties including: Communicating effectively both orally and written with internal and external stakeholders. Completion of data entry and reporting from NCJOIN and other electronic resources Maintain inventory and ordering supplies and equipment Sorting and handling office mail Prepare documents and reports for the office Providing assistance to staff and visitors and resolving problems and/or inquiries Serve as a Notary Public

NC02 Salary Range: $31,200-$51,249

DPS uses the Merit-Based Recruitment and Selection Plan to fill positions subject to the State Human Resources Act with the most qualified individuals.

This is a full-time position. Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
