Enterprise Account Manager - Lead Private Sector

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and creative sales professional to lead our Private Sector territory in Norway. Reporting to the Country Manager, you will focus on driving large, strategic enterprise deals with some of Norway’s biggest customers.To ensure you can focus your energy on these high-impact strategic accounts, you will be supported by a dedicated Inside Account Executive who will own and drive the volume business.

You won’t be doing it alone, either! Working through our established channel partner network, you’ll interact directly with top-tier Enterprise customers to help them address their most complex business issues. You will be aligned with a local team of Systems Engineers to co-create custom technical solutions, alongside dedicated field marketing and sales support teams. And we don’t stop caring after the contract is signed—our world-class support team (backed by a 7-year NPS average of 90) ensures our customers remain delighted.

About the Team

At Nutanix, you will join a tight-knit, high-performing team based in Norway (alongside an extended team of 7 in Finland & the Baltics), all reporting directly to the Country Manager.

• Work Setup: We operate on a flexible hybrid model, balancing remote work with 1–2 days in the office per week for key collaboration and team syncs.
• Travel: Local travel across Norway will be required to meet with your key enterprise clients face-to-face and build long-lasting executive relationships.

Your Role

• Drive Strategic Growth: Lead and execute the strategy for Norway’s Private Sector, focusing on closing large, multi-million-dollar enterprise deals with major clients.
• Consultative Selling: Utilize a value-driven approach to map Nutanix solutions to complex business transformation initiatives at the executive level.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with your aligned Inside Account Executive (who manages volume opportunities), Systems Engineers, Marketing, and Channel teams to maximize territory performance.
• Partner Ecosystem: Build strategic alignment with key local partners and system integrators to co-sell into top enterprise accounts.
• Pipeline & Forecasting: Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management within Salesforce (SFDC), providing clear updates to leadership.

• Language Skills: Fluent in both Norwegian and English (written and spoken).
