This recruitment will be used to fill four (4) part-time (a maximum of 24 hours per week) Proctor for the Disability Access Services at Oregon State University (OSU). Testing Proctors at Disability Access Services (DAS) administer exams to DAS students in a professional manner. A proctor monitors the testing center environment to ensure academic integrity and facilitate exam instructions by the course instructor.

*International students may be allowed to carry fewer hours than specified above and still be considered “full-time” by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). A reduced course load is approved by the Office of International Services (OIS), and must be provided to the Student Employment Center.
Required Qualifications:
• Testing proctors are required to work an average of 3-10 hours per week and are eligible for 24 hours of work per week. (Work Study students may work a maximum of 20 hours per week.) • Work hours range Monday-Thursday 7:45am-10pm, and Friday 7:45am-5pm. • Proctors are expected to work during Finals week. Proctor shifts may be between 7:15am-11pm, Monday-Thursday, and Friday 7:15am-5pm. Proctors are generally scheduled 18-24 hrs. during finals. • Have availability to proctor during finals week.
