Role Overview:

The person will play a critical role in providing strategic financial support to the business and be responsible for overseeing all aspects of sales, finance, working capital, and new installation + service. This person will be a key part of OU CFO organization collaborating with cross-functional teams (Business Finance, Operations, Regions and Other departments) to drive financial performance and achieve business objectives.

This person will analyze financial data to provide insights that drive business growth and profitability while working with technology and be encouraged to think creatively to solve complex financial challenges and be a change leader for the Operating Unit's FP&A function. As a senior leader, you will also prepare financial reports and presentations for senior leadership, contributing to informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identification, implementation and tracking of KPIs to ensure desired business results are achieved, including achievement of end-to-end process transformation
  • Lead, develop and maintain advanced financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and decision-making processes. These models should enable scenario analysis and assist in long-term strategic planning
  • Act as true business partner across the Company and be prepared to navigate financial crises or unexpected economic challenges by developing contingency plans and strategies to ensure business continuity and financial stability
  • Take lead on fixing the inefficiencies and bridging the performance gaps and ad hoc reporting (e.g. financial consulting on savings opportunities and implementing the STRAP actions)
  • Correlate large amounts of financial data into meaningful cross-functional business discussions
  • Implement cost control measures across the organization to drive efficiency and reduce unnecessary expenditures
  • Oversee financial systems and tools to ensure accuracy, reliability, and security
  • Identify opportunities for system enhancements and work with IT teams to implement improvements.
  • Investigate and understand detailed drivers of spends within the departments, and support strategies to manage and report CAPEX, OPEX, and Project costs with impact to the P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements
  • Lead, mentor, develop and grow a dynamic, global team of finance professionals.
  • Interact, influence, and build strong relationships with all areas of the Business Finance, Operations, Regions and other departments, building open lines of communication and trust

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Science, PLUS a Chartered Accountant or CPA (USA)
  • Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in progressive finance roles including FP&A experience
  • Strong financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting skills
  • Excellent understanding of financial regulations, reporting standards, and compliance
  • Proficiency in financial systems like JDE and modern tools to ensure accuracy and reliability
  • People management experience and strong desire to develop employees is preferred
  • Skilled in time management, facilitation, and organization
  • Ability to communicate effectively with Leadership team and department owners of financial outcomes of business decisions
  • Adept at balancing competing priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines; well organized and ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Desire and ability to work across international zones and countries
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all disciplines, levels, and cultures
  • Ability to create and interpret flowcharts, schedules, budgets, and step-by-step action plans used to drive positive outcomes and business results
  • Strong aptitude in working with large amounts of data and navigating Excel and PowerPoint proficiently
  • A strong continuous improvement mindset to always challenge the way things have been done, bring new efficiencies and evolve processes
  • A deep commitment to the company's mission and values, along with a passion for contributing to its growth and success.
  • Travel ~ 15%
