Technicien de Travaux - Modernisation (H/F)

À Poitiers, nos équipes entretiennent et modernisent un parc varié, stratégique et en pleine évolution.

Vous rejoignez une équipe solide, reconnue pour son expertise, dans une région où la mobilité verticale est essentielle au quotidien des usagers.

Au cours d’une journée type, vous devrez :

• Réaliser des travaux de réparation sur des installations déjà en service.
• Remplacer ou remettre en état les composants défaillants, en garantissant une intervention conforme aux normes de sécurité.
• Diagnostiquer les pannes mécaniques ou électromécaniques et identifier l’origine du problème sur votre périmètre, afin d’optimiser la sécurité, la fiabilité, le confort et l’esthétique des appareils.
• Effectuer les raccordements, câblages et réglages techniques (portes, freins, automatismes…).
• Travailler en conformité avec des normes de sécurité parmi les plus exigeantes du secteur.
• Être l’ambassadeur OTIS sur le terrain : expliquer, rassurer, conseiller vos interlocuteurs.

Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir :

• Une expérience réussie dans le secteur ascensoriste ou une expérience solide en mécanique, électrotechnique ou maintenance industrielle.
• Une maîtrise des outils de diagnostic.
• De la rigueur et un vrai sens du service.
• Une connaissance des règles cardinales de sécurité.
• Être titulaire du permis B.
