Start Date: ASAP Duration: Ongoing Hourly Rate: Competitive (dependent on experience) Working Hours: Up to 37.5 hours per week (part-time considered)

Job Overview

Pulse is currently seeking an experienced Band 6 Podiatrist to join Hertfordshire Community Trust at Bull Plain Clinic, Hertford. This community-based role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care to individuals with complex podiatric needs, particularly those with diabetes and other high-risk conditions.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in assessing, diagnosing, and developing tailored treatment programmes to improve patient outcomes and support long-term foot health within the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality podiatry care within a community setting
• Assess, diagnose, and manage patients with diabetes and high-risk foot conditions
• Develop and implement specialised and complex care programmes
• Provide patient-focused treatment plans to improve outcomes and quality of life
• Maintain accurate clinical records using SystemOne
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care
• Support patient education and preventative care initiatives

Qualifications and Experience

• HCPC registered Podiatrist
• Experience working at Band 6 level or equivalent
• Strong background in managing diabetic and high-risk patients
• Working knowledge of SystemOne (essential)
• Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential for community role)
