L’Hôtel Radisson Nice Airport, établissement haut de gamme situé à proximité de l’aéroport, recherche un·e Chef·fe de Rang (H/F) en CDD Saisonnier afin de renforcer son équipe de restauration.

Description du poste

Mission Générale :

Le ou la Chef·fe de Rang assure un service efficace, rapide et courtois dans le respect des standards du Radisson Hotel Group.

Il ou elle garantit la qualité de l’accueil, du service et des produits proposés au sein du restaurant de l’hôtel, tout en contribuant à optimiser la satisfaction des clients et les performances du point de vente.

Principales responsabilités :

Accueillir, conseiller et assurer un service attentionné auprès des clients

Garantir la qualité des prestations dans le respect des standards Radisson Hotels Group

Assurer la mise en place, le bon déroulement du service et la gestion de son rang

Coordonner les échanges avec la cuisine, le bar et les équipes de restauration

Effectuer la prise de commandes, la facturation et les encaissements

Participer à l'accompagnement des commis de salle

Veiller à la propreté des espaces de restauration ainsi qu'au respect des normes d'hygiène et de sécurité (HACCP)

Contribuer à la satisfaction et à la fidélisation de la clientèle

Qualifications

Profil recherché :

  • Vous justifiez d’une expérience d’au moins un an en qualité de Chef·fe de Rang ou sur un poste équivalent au sein d’un établissement hôtelier ou d’un restaurant de catégorie similaire
  • Vous possédez un excellent sens de l’accueil, du service et de la relation client
  • Vous êtes reconnu·e pour votre présentation soignée, votre sourire et votre professionnalisme
  • Vous faites preuve de rigueur, d’organisation, de réactivité et d’autonomie
  • Vous appréciez le travail en équipe et savez évoluer dans un environnement dynamique
  • La maîtrise du français et de l’anglais est est indispensable. Un bon niveau d’anglais est souhaité afin d’échanger avec une clientèle internationale
