Park Inn by Radisson Amsterdam City West,a vibrant and colourful hotel and and Amsterdam Congress Center, featuring 476 rooms and 20 meeting rooms conveniently located next to Amsterdam Sloterdijk train station and easily reachable for both guests and team members by car and public transport. The hotel is designed by the renowned designer Karim Rashid. The hotel is part of the VEN complex, meaning it shares the building with Holland Casino, LimeHome apartments, World of Karaoke and Restaurant Azura. Job Description

Qualifications

Essential ingredients:

  • You have good communication skills and are not afraid of talking to guests
  • You have a ‘hands-on’ mentality and flexible to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays;
  • Able to work with a housekeeping app through which you receive housekeeping requests.

Your tasks and other responsibilities:

  • Handling guest requests and internal housekeeping requests;
  • Refilling housekeeping storerooms and pantries;
  • Responsible for the distribution of linen;
  • When necessary, stripping rooms (gather bedlinen and towels from rooms);
  • When necessary, assisting in cleaning public areas and back of house spaces;
  • Helping guests, and of course always with a smile!
