As our Turndown Attendant, you play an important role in creating memorable guest experiences. During the evening, you will ensure our guest rooms are perfectly prepared for a relaxing night's stay through our turndown service. In addition, you will help maintain the cleanliness and presentation of our public areas and support the Housekeeping team with a variety of operational tasks. Thanks to your eye for detail and hands-on approach, every guest can enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming hotel environment.

Radisson Blu Hotel Amsterdam Airport is a modern four-star airport hotel, conveniently located near Schiphol Airport and Amsterdam. With 281 comfortable rooms, 19 versatile meeting rooms, and one large ballroom, we host a wide range of conferences, meetings, and international events. Job Description
- Provide evening turndown service, ensuring guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and ready for a restful night.
- Replenish guest amenities and refresh rooms according to Radisson Blu standards.
- Clean and maintain public areas, including restrooms, F&B outlets, hotel entrances, hallways, and staircases.
- Empty, clean, and maintain waste bins throughout the hotel.
- Support the Housekeeping team as directed by the Housekeeping Supervisors and Executive Housekeeper.
- Transport clean and dirty linen to and from the laundry.
- Assist with loading and unloading external laundry deliveries.
- Transport guest amenities, housekeeping supplies, decorations, and other materials throughout the hotel.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with hotel quality, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
- Work together with colleagues to ensure every guest enjoys a memorable stay.
Qualifications
- Available to work full-time (38 hours per week), including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- A proactive, hands-on attitude with excellent attention to detail.
- Pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Physically able to perform housekeeping duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Good communication skills in English; Dutch is an advantage.
- Reliable, flexible, and guest-focused.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is an advantage, but not essential—we are happy to train the right person.
