Eine Werkstudentin oder einen Werkstudenten im Human Resources Bereich (m/w/d)

In unserem zentralen Human Resources Team, welches die gesamte Personalarbeit für derzeit 20 Hotels in der DACH Region übernimmt, bieten wir dir die Möglichkeit für ein duales Studium mit dem anfänglichen Schwerpunkt im Learning & Development. Du möchtest einen ersten Einblick in die Personalentwicklung bekommen und bei der Entwicklung von Trainings mitwirken?

Stellenbeschreibung

Was deine Hauptaufgaben sind

  • Du administrierst das Teilnehmer-Management der monatlichen Onboarding Trainings
  • Du wirst Spezialist für unser internes Learning Management System und hilfst Usern bei dessen Anwendung
  • Du unterstützt bei der Zertifizierung von Inhouse-Trainern und nimmst Teach-backs ab
  • Du arbeitest dem L&D Manager Trainingsmaterialien zu und kannst bei der Entwicklung von Trainings deine Ideen einfließen lassen
  • Du rotierst weiterhin durch alle Bereiche unseres zentralen HR Teams - Recruiting, People Operations, Business Partnering

Qualifikationen

  • Du sprichst sehr gut Deutsch und Englisch
  • Du bist sorgfältig und behältst Prioritäten im Blick
  • Du kannst dich schnell in die Nutzung von IT-Systemen einfinden
  • Du bist ein Teamplayer mit Sinn für Eigenverantwortung
  • Du hast eine offene und positive Persönlichkeit und brennst dafür, einen positiven Einfluss auf deine Mitmenschen zu haben
