What you will have an opportunity to do:

As a Workplace Ambassador intern, you will participate in the company's training program to develop your skills through rotational assignments and hands on participation. You will have the opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of how Hospitality@WORK is executed, and its processes, preparing you for a future role in the industry.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5PM or 9AM - 6PM (based on business needs)

Your Role:

  • Greet and welcome all employees entering the workspaces within the Paramount offices, making a hospitality presence known throughout the building
  • Create relationships with employees in the workspaces aligned to you, learning about their in-office needs and being able to anticipate them
  • Use reservation tools to ensure that employees have the proper spaces reserved, ensuring they have productive time while on-site
  • Work with employees to plan their on-site meetings, resulting in flawless execution, and the maximum utilization of proper room sizes, including catering, audio visual, etc.
  • Be the eyes and ears of the building, ensuring that if things are not as they should be, we input tickets appropriately and detailed to have quick resolutions before a client would see them
  • Be the first line of troubleshooting for conference room equipment, being able to quickly resolve and result in meeting timeliness
  • Provide responsive, “on-demand” services to clients and employees
  • Become the hospitality hub for your aligned workspaces, between facilities, AV, IT, F&B, janitorial, etc. resulting in clean, usable, and reservable spaces
  • Work closely with management to understand the vision of the product (Hospitality@WORK), assist with project as needed, and provide support to the entire team.
