En el Perú, operamos en la mayoría de los sectores económicos como minería, agricultura y pesca formando parte de la cadena de valor de sus productos y servicios. Por encargo de nuestro cliente, de la zona sur, nos encontramos en búsqueda de un Supervisor de Laboratorio Químico.

Descripción del empleo

  • Dirigir al personal a cargo de las operaciones diarias para asegurar la calidad del trabajo, proporcionando dirección administrativa y técnica, dando cumplimiento a las políticas, estándares y procedimientos establecido en materia de seguridad, medio ambiente, salud y calidad.
  • Detectar y eliminar errores sistemáticos del proceso que puedan comprometer los resultados de análisis. Generar acciones correctivas y/o preventivas según sea el caso.
  • Programar y distribuir el trabajo del personal a su cargo, en atención a las prioridades del clientes y situaciones de trabajo que se requieran.
  • Validar los reportes de análisis y dar la conformidad de los mismos bajo los criterios de calidad establecidos por el Laboratorio. Autorizar la emisión del informe de ensayo en Lims.
  • Coordinar abastecimiento oportuno de insumos y suministro para el desarrollo de las actividades de Laboratorio. Asegurar los Stocks mínimos de materiales y reactivos para asegurar la continuidad de las operaciones.
  • Realizar la evaluación de los EPPS y del estado de las herramientas para dar conformidad sobre su uso.
  • Identificar y reportar permanentemente al Jefe de laboratorio los accidentes, incidentes, actos y condiciones sub estándares observados que se presenten durante el desarrollo de las operaciones o diversas actividades encomendadas.
  • Realizar la verificación del relevo de consignas al personal de turno entrante, para garantizar la continuidad de las labores a realizar en el Laboratorio.

Requisitos

  • Titulado de las carreras de Química, Ingeniería Química o Metalúrgica.
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en puestos similares.
  • Experiencia en muestreo, preparación de muestras y análisis químicos.
  • Sistema de gestión de calidad ‐ NTP‐ISO/IEC 17025.
  • Conocimiento de la legislación minera vigente.
  • Tener experiencia en validar y reportar análisis bajo la norma NTP-ISO/IEC 17025.
  • Capacidad de trabajo en equipo y comunicación efectiva.
