Business Development Manager MSFT

What you'll do

• Develop and grow a portfolio of channel partners and customer accounts.
• Build strong relationships with vendors, customers, and key stakeholders.
• Identify and drive new business opportunities, large deals, and pipeline growth.
• Translate vendor strategies into actionable business plans and sales initiatives.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, rebates, and pricing opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to increase market share and business performance.
• Provide accurate forecasting and contribute to strategic business planning.

What we're looking for

• 1-3 years of experience in IT distribution, vendor management, business development, sales, or product marketing.
• Strong commercial mindset with a passion for building and growing customer relationships.
• Great communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
• A proactive, energetic, and results-driven approach.
