SENIOR TALENT MANAGER
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Senior Talent Manager to book celebrity talent across all Condé Nast video series. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator with established industry relationships, and has a deep knowledge of media trends and passion for pop culture.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Proactively strategize, pitch, and negotiate talent bookings within an assigned beat for video across all Condé Nast brands and YouTube series.
- Work in collaboration and alignment with the team structure, and support fellow talent managers with content brainstorming and on-set coverage.
- As a Senior leader, effectively communicate, guide, and help develop junior managers.
- Participate and contribute in weekly talent meetings to provide booking updates to the Condé Nast programming teams.
- Lead and work in partnership with programming and production teams for each booked shoot.
- Coordinate with brand social teams and talent representatives for video promotion.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with studios, networks, music labels and personal publicists to create awareness of CNE initiatives and video booking opportunities.
- Have a strong grasp of pop culture, celebrities, influencers, cultural experts, athletes, and social media stars in order to book across all Condé Nast titles.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years experience in talent relations, PR, or talent booking.
- Relationships with celebrity publicists, studios, music labels and networks are required.
- Must have the ability to collaborate and work synergistically in a team environment and structure.
The expected base salary range for this position is from $100,000 - $115,000 Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to relevant skills, training, experience, and education.
In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates may also be eligible to receive discretionary bonus compensation.
