We are seeking a talented individual to join our Service Delivery Practice at Marsh. This role will be based in Austin, TX and offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office.

As an Executive Assistant, you will play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly by providing high-level administrative support to business and office leadership. We will count on you to:

• Support continuity of administrative operations by documenting and communicating needed actions to management, identifying irregularities, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

• Resolve administrative issues by analyzing information, identifying solutions, and communicating recommendations to enhance performance.

• Maintain administrative workflow by studying methods, implementing cost reductions, and developing reporting procedures.

• Oversee office support workflow and resource allocation while providing quality assurance and supporting client satisfaction with office support staff performance.

• Provide peer review of documents before final production and distribution to ensure quality control of the final product.

• Partner with business and office leadership to address the office support needs of the office.

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, arrange travel, and process expense reports in a timely manner to support departmental efficiency.

• Handle complex internal and external inquiries, undertake special administrative projects as needed, and provide training and assistance to other administrative staff to support employee development.

What you need to have:

• 5+ years of administrative assistant experience required, preferably in an insurance or professional services industry.

• High school diploma required; proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and the ability to learn new software quickly.

• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, business communication, organizational, and time management skills.

• Strong attention to detail, follow-up, problem-solving, and basic project management skills, with the ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
