To help achieve this goal and support our growth, we are adding an Operations Analyst.

As Thomasville continues to grow organically and through acquisition, having the right operational foundation is critical. Our ability to enter new markets, build strong partnerships, integrate new teams, implement the right technology, and create scalable processes will help determine how successfully we grow.

The Operations Analyst will help Thomasville build and maintain the operational infrastructure necessary to support continued growth. This person will serve as a connector between people, processes, technology, and growth, helping ensure that as Thomasville gets bigger, we also get better.

What You’ll Do

• Help manage and maintain Thomasville’s operational readiness across current and future markets, including licenses, certifications, insurance requirements, registrations, and other operational requirements.
• Develop and maintain systems for tracking license and certification requirements, renewals, expirations, documentation, and compliance deadlines.
• Support Thomasville’s relationships and operational requirements with TPA partners, including onboarding requirements, credentials, certifications, documentation, program requirements, and ongoing readiness.
• Identify operational requirements necessary to enter new markets, add new service lines, and expand existing operations.
• Support company growth initiatives through organic expansion and acquisitions.
• Help develop and execute integration plans for acquired companies, including people, processes, systems, technology, documentation, operational standards, and TPA relationships.
• Analyze existing workflows and processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Work across departments to develop, document, implement, and continuously improve scalable operational processes and standard operating procedures.
• Support the implementation and adoption of new systems through process development, training, documentation, communication, and change management.
• Research industry trends, TPA requirements, operational best practices, technology solutions, and other opportunities that can help Thomasville operate more effectively.
• Help turn leadership’s strategic initiatives into organized, measurable, executable plans.
• Continually look for ways Thomasville can simplify processes, improve accountability, increase efficiency, and scale successfully.

Who You Are

• You have at least 4 years of progressive work experience in the insurance restoration industry.
• You’re analytical, organized, and naturally curious about how businesses operate and how they can operate better.
• You enjoy taking complicated problems and turning them into clear, manageable processes.
• You understand that successful operations require the right combination of people, processes, technology, and accountability.
• You are comfortable working with data and translating information into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
• You are highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects, requirements, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
• You enjoy working across departments and can communicate effectively with both leadership and team members.
• You have an interest in business growth, operational scalability, acquisitions, and integration.
• You understand that technology is an important operational tool, but successful implementation depends on having the right processes and people behind it.
• You are proactive and take ownership. You don’t just identify a problem; you help develop and implement the solution.
