What You’ll Do

• Respond to service calls as needed
• Perform mitigation services following Thomasville Restoration guidelines
• Support Crew Chiefs, field technicians, and other production personnel
• Communicate with Crew Chiefs and technicians to ensure customer needs are met
• Monitor all assigned jobs to ensure drying standards and customer requirements are achieved
• Complete work according to the Crew Chief’s scope of services
• Supervise production technicians and temporary laborers
• Train production technicians on processes, IICRC standards, equipment maintenance, and customer service
• Assist Crew Chiefs with managing production direct costs
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to qualifying events as required
• Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and office areas
• Take initiative and identify ways to improve efficiency
• Handle recurring and unique tasks as business needs require

Who You Are

• Minimum 1 year of disaster restoration experience required (multiple years preferred)
• 2+ years of water mitigation experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• IICRC certification preferred
• Able to lead, train, and supervise field personnel
• Strong communicator with excellent customer service skills
