A completely different modelusing Stake.com blockchain strategy.

oleolesport.com empowers people to identify football experience and without any search requirements, simply presents the traveler with vetted components necessary to bring the trip to life -- tickets, lodging, flights and beyond. And we are building a football super app.

Searching and successfully planning a trip around an iconic football experience is time-consuming, frustrating, overwhelming and often-times elusive. Football is complicated unlike any other sport with players playing for club and country simultaneously. Fans are looking for a place to "Kick Off"

oleolesport.com’s searchless travel approach means a soccer/football experience can be discovered, planned and purchased in a matter of minutes without the endless search-driven lunacy and inefficiency that comes with all travel planning. There isnt a sports social network, oh some claim to be however they lack even the slightest understanding of network platforms.

Job Description

OleOle is utilizing a stake.com model focusing on crypto currencies for all in match bets. 86% of Bet365 revenue comes from in match play.

Qualifications

Technical Skills and Experience:

1. Blockchain Development Experience:

• Proficiency in building decentralized applications (dApps) and smart contracts on blockchain platforms like Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, or Solana.

• Deep understanding of cryptocurrency protocols, blockchain consensus mechanisms, and token economics.

2. Proficiency in Programming Languages:

• Expertise in languages commonly used in blockchain development such as Solidity, Rust, JavaScript (Node.js), Python, or Go.

3. Smart Contract Development:

• Extensive experience designing, deploying, and auditing secure and efficient smart contracts. The engineer should be familiar with Solidity for Ethereum or other smart contract languages for different blockchains.

• Understanding of smart contract auditing tools to ensure code security (e.g., tools like Mythril, Slither).

4. Cryptocurrency Wallet and Payment Integration:

• Experience with integrating cryptocurrency wallets (MetaMask, Trust Wallet, etc.) and managing crypto payments securely on a platform.

• Familiarity with working on wallet development, multi-sig wallets, and secure transaction management.

5. Security and Cryptography:

• In-depth knowledge of cryptographic principles (hash functions, public-key cryptography, etc.) to ensure secure transactions.

• Familiarity with blockchain security best practices, including protection against attacks (51% attacks, replay attacks, double-spending, etc.).

6. Scalability Solutions:

• Knowledge of Layer 2 scaling solutions (e.g., Optimistic Rollups, zk-Rollups, sidechains) to ensure the gambling platform can handle a high volume of micro-transactions efficiently.

7. Experience with APIs and Backend Integration:

• Proficient in integrating third-party blockchain tools or SDKs and off-the-shelf backend solutions.

• Experience working with APIs to interact with gambling or financial platforms, and with backend development using frameworks like Django or Express.js.

Professional Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in blockchain development, ideally with experience in cryptocurrency payment systems or gambling/betting platforms.

• Proven track record of building and deploying large-scale blockchain systems or financial applications.

• Experience in working with cryptocurrency exchanges or other fintech platforms is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and integrate blockchain solutions with an existing tech stack.

• Experience in working cross-functionally with product managers, compliance officers, and marketing teams to ensure smooth product launches.

Educational Background:

• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.

• Industry certifications in blockchain development (e.g., Certified Blockchain Developer) or participation in blockchain-focused hackathons/projects would be valuable.

Compliance and Regulatory Officer

1. Regulatory Knowledge and Expertise:

• Gambling Law and Regulations: A strong understanding of global and local gambling regulations, particularly jurisdictions like Curaçao, Malta, and other regions that provide licenses for online gambling. Familiarity with the requirements of these licenses, including player protection, taxation, and financial reporting.

• Cryptocurrency Regulations: Expertise in the evolving legal landscape surrounding cryptocurrencies, including AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer) rules. Understanding how crypto is regulated in various jurisdictions is essential, particularly for gambling transactions.

• Data Privacy Laws: Knowledge of GDPR and other data privacy laws, ensuring the platform is compliant with regulations concerning user data protection, especially in regions like the EU.

• Responsible Gambling Practices: Familiarity with responsible gambling standards and player protection mechanisms, ensuring that the platform promotes ethical gambling.

2. Risk Management:

• Risk Assessment: Ability to assess regulatory risks related to gambling and cryptocurrency. This includes identifying legal risks in specific markets and ensuring all operational practices align with the law.

• Compliance Auditing: Experience conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with gambling laws, cryptocurrency regulations, and responsible gaming practices. The officer should establish a clear framework for regular compliance checks.

• AML/KYC Expertise: Strong understanding of AML and KYC protocols to prevent money laundering and fraud within the gambling platform, particularly with cryptocurrency payments.

3. Licensing and Reporting:

• License Management: Experience in obtaining and maintaining the necessary licenses to operate an online gambling platform in different jurisdictions. This includes submitting reports and filings to regulators on a regular basis.

• Regulatory Reporting: Knowledge of reporting requirements for gambling operators, including financial reports, player activity, transaction data, and tax reporting.

• Policy Development: Ability to develop internal compliance policies to meet all legal and regulatory obligations, including for cryptocurrency transactions.

4. Legal Drafting and Documentation:

• Contract Review and Negotiation: Experience in reviewing and drafting contracts with vendors, payment processors, and affiliates to ensure compliance with gambling and crypto regulations.

• Terms & Conditions: Expertise in creating clear, compliant terms and conditions for users, including bonus policies, withdrawal limits, and dispute resolution procedures.

• Documentation: Ability to maintain thorough records of compliance efforts, licenses, and correspondence with regulatory bodies.

Professional Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in a compliance role within the gambling, cryptocurrency, fintech, or finance industry.

• Experience with cryptocurrency exchanges, betting platforms, or financial services is highly desirable.

• Proven track record of successfully obtaining and maintaining gambling licenses across multiple jurisdictions.

Educational Background and Certifications:

• Law Degree or equivalent qualification in compliance, regulatory affairs, or a related field.

• Certifications in compliance (e.g., Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), Certified Gambling Compliance Officer) are advantageous.

Soft Skills:

• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail is critical for ensuring compliance with the various regulatory frameworks across gambling and cryptocurrency.

• Communication: Ability to effectively communicate complex regulatory requirements to internal teams (tech, marketing, etc.) and external partners (regulators, auditors).

• Problem-Solving: Capable of developing solutions to complex regulatory challenges that arise with the integration of gambling and cryptocurrency.

By focusing on these skills and qualifications, OleOle will ensure their Compliance and Regulatory Officer can navigate the complex legal landscape surrounding online gambling and cryptocurrency to ensure smooth operations and regulatory adherence.
