FORMA в пошуку Growth Manager, що перетворюватиме бізнес-цілі на конкретні ініціативи і доводитиме їх до вимірюваного результату. Це роль про вплив і ріст. Без зайвої ієрархії та мікроменеджменту — натомість із високим рівнем автономії, викликів і можливостей.

FORMA — бізнес з кофаундингової компанії Universe, який створює сервіси для

ефективної взаємодії з файлами різних типів (документи, аудіо, відео і т.д.). Команді вже вдалося досягти крутих результатів, а саме:

- Щомісяця нашими продуктами користуються понад 7 млн користувачів.

- Більше ніж 100 інструментів для ефективної роботи з файлами.

- Користувачі з понад 180 країн світу вибирають наші інструменти для своїх потреб.

Доєднавшись до нашої команди, ти отримаєш:

- Пряму роботу з CEO і участь у рішеннях, які реально впливають на бізнес.

- Можливість швидко зануритися у всі ключові процеси і зрозуміти, як працює бізнес на рівні системи.

- Високий рівень автономії: ти впливаєш на бізнес-метрики, а не просто виконуєш задачі.

- Простір для ініціативи: мінімум бюрократії, максимум відповідальності.

Основні зони відповідальності:

- Співпраця з CEO над ростом продуктів: від формування гіпотез до доведення ініціатив до результату.

- Побудова та супровід процесу стратегічного планування і контролю виконання цілей.

- Управління моделлю ключових метрик (NSM, unit economics, funnels, cohorts).

- Фасилітація OKR-процесу: структура планувань, прозорість комітментів, трекінг прогресу.

- Ведення 3–5 кросфункціональних ініціатив одночасно з повним ownership.

- Проведення бізнес- та ринкових досліджень (оцінка нових напрямків, запусків, стратегічних гіпотез).

- Ідентифікація bottlenecks та побудова структурних рішень для їх усунення.

- Участь у стратегічному наймі: оцінка кандидатів, підтримка хедхантингу ключових ролей.

Що очікується від тебе:

- 2+ роки досвіду у growth / performance / product / analytics ролях.

- Досвід роботи з метриками, юніт-економікою, когортами, ROI та продуктовою аналітикою.

- Сильна аналітична база: комфорт у роботі з цифрами та побудові логіки прийняття рішень.

- Здатність структурувати хаос, формувати процеси та доводити задачі до вимірюваного результату.

- Досвід кросфункціональної взаємодії без формальної влади.

- Високий рівень самоменеджменту, темп, лаконічність та відповідальність.

- Готовність швидко вчитися, занурюватися в нові домени та приймати фідбек.

- Англійська — Upper-Intermediate+
