  • Lead technical crews, including technical directors, audio operators, graphics operators, and camera operators, to ensure seamless production.
  • Collaborate with graphic artists and technical staff to enhance the overall visual presentation of broadcasts, including providing input on lighting, camera placement, and set design.
  • Direct live broadcasts in a traditional control room environment while maintaining the highest standards of editorial integrity, technical execution, and production quality.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of field and remote productions, including technical planning and site surveys.
  • Review broadcasts and provide constructive feedback to production teams to drive continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a leader during breaking news coverage, special productions, and other high-profile live events.
  • Stay current with evolving broadcast production technologies and industry best practices, demonstrating a willingness to adapt to new tools and workflows. Training will be provided as appropriate.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Proven ability to manage live control room operations and execute complex rundowns.
  • Proficiency with iNEWS, Vizrt, and other standard broadcast production systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide clear direction under pressure.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
