VESSL AI 의 Finance Manager 는 회사 전반의 다양한 재무 업무(자금, 회계, 세무)를 담당하여 효과적이고 효율적인 재무 인프라를 구축하고 장기적인 재무 전략과 기획을 바탕으로 조직이 안정적으로 비즈니스를 성장시킬 수 있도록 지원하고 회사가 부가가치를 극대화 할 수 있 도록 효율적인 재무관리를 통해 조직 성장에 기여하는 포지션 입니다.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • 재무 회계 및 마감 (Financial Accounting & Tax)
  • 월/분기/연 단위 결산 관리
  • 외부 회계 감사 대응 및 수감 자료 준비
  • 법인세, 부가세, 원천세 신고 지원 및 납부 관리
  • 자금 관리 (Cash & Treasury Management)
  • 월별 Runway 업데이트 및 예산 forecast 진행
  • 법인 자금 집행 및 송금 관리
  • 법인계좌/법인카드 정산 및 관리, 비용 집행 관련 모니터링
  • 매출 및 원가 관리 (Revenue & Cost Intelligence)
  • 매출 세금계산서 발행 및 수금 관리
  • HubSpot(CRM) 데이터와 내부 기안서 간의 매출 Reconciliation 진행

QUALIFICATIONS

- 재무/회계 실무 경험 5년~8년 이신 분

- K-IFRS 결산 경험이 있으신 분

- 결산 프로세스 전반에 대한 이해 및 실행 능력을 갖추신 분

- 회계 전공자 또는 관련 자격 보유자

- 더존 프로그램 사용 가능자

- 스타트업의 모호한 환경에서 재무 프로세스를 스스로 설계하고 시스템화하려는 의지가 강하신 분

- Excel(고급 수준), ERP, CRM(HubSpot 등) 활용 능력이 우수하신 분

- 빠르게 변화하는 환경에서 스스로 업무를 정의하고 프로세스를 구축하는 역량

HELPFUL EXPERIENCE (NOT REQUIRED)

- 비즈니스 수준의 영어 커뮤니케이션 가능 및 미국 법인 관리 경험이 있으신 분

- 상장사에서의 업무 경험이 있으신 분

- 연결재무제표 작성 경험이 있으신 분

- AI/SaaS 비즈니스 모델(GPU 원가 구조, MRR 등)에 대한 높은 이해도가 있으신 분

- KICPA, AICPA 또는 이에 준하는 전문 지식을 보유하신 분

- IFRS 전환 및 내부회계관리제도 구축 경험, 재무 모델링, 데이터 분석에 능숙하신 분

- Slack, Notion 등 업무 툴 활용 경험이 있으신 분
