ABOUT THE ROLE

VESSL AI의 IT Infra Administrator는 사내 구성원이 VESSL의 제품을 개발·운영하고 고객을 지원하는 전 과정에서 안정적이고 효율적인 IT 환경을 사용할 수 있도록 지원하는 역할을 맡습니다. 엔지니어링 중심 조직의 특성을 이해하고, 개발 환경, 보안 요구사항, 인프라 운영 전반을 포괄하는 기술적 지원을 통해 내부 고객의 업무 생산성과 만족도를 극대화합니다.

단순한 헬프데스크 지원을 넘어 사내 IT 인프라의 운영, 개선, 표준화 및 문서화를 주도적으로 수행하며, 조직의 인프라 및 기술 운영 체계를 한 단계 발전시키는 데 기여합니다.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Linear, MDM(Kandji, Intune), Endpoint Protection(Bitdefender, Intune) 등 사내 도구 관리

- IT 자산의 라이프사이클 관리 및 온사이트 지원

- 사내 유·무선 네트워크(LAN/Wi-Fi), VPN, 프린터 등 기본 인프라의 운영, 장애 대응 및 품질 개선.

- SSO, MFA, MDM(Iru/Intune), Endpoint 보안, 패치 관리 등 보안 정책을 반영한 엔드포인트 및 계정 운영

- 반복되는 문제 및 요청 유형에 대한 운영 프로세스 정의 및 자동화 도입 제안

- IT 운영 관련 기술 문서, FAQ, 사용자 가이드, 내부 지식 베이스 작성 및 지속적 업데이트

- 신규 입사자 온보딩을 위한 IT 세팅(장비, 계정, 권한) 및 오리엔테이션 진행

- 필요 시 외부 벤더/서비스 파트너와의 기술 커뮤니케이션 및 유지보수/지원 업무 조율

QUALIFICATIONS

- 유관 직종, 직렬에서 최소 1년 이상의 근무 경력 그리고 실무 경험

- Okta, Entra ID 등 IDaaS 또는 SSO 솔루션 운영 경험이 있으신 분

- MacOS와 Windows OS 상에서 발생하는 다양한 문제들을 알고 직접 해결할 수 있는 실무 지식

- TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, 무선 네트워크 등 기본 네트워크 개념에 대한 이해 및 문제 해결 능력

- 사내 오피스 내의 IT자산을 회사의 정책과 업무의 효율성 극대화를 원칙으로 원활히 제어 가능한 기술역량

- 담당 자산의 장애를 신속히 파악하고 적절히 대응하며, 사전 예방 관점에서 문제를 관리

- 조직 요구에 따른 소프트웨어 및 서비스 라이선스 비교 및 선정 경험이 있으신 분

- 논리적이고 구조적인 문제 해결 능력, 원인 분석 및 이슈의 재발 방지 관점에서 일하는 태도

HELPFUL EXPERIENCE (NOT REQUIRED)

- 스타트업/테크 기업 환경에서의 사내 IT/Infra 운영 경험

- Endpoint 보안 솔루션(EDR/백신/MDM) 도입 또는 운영 경험

- 업무 자동화를 통한 운영 효율화 경험이 있으신 분 (Python, Shell, PowerShell 등)

- Jira, Linear 등 티켓 시스템 기반 IT 지원 프로세스 기획/운영한 경험이 있으신 분

- 네트워크 장비 및 방화벽 등에 대한 구성 및 운영 경험

- 사내 개발/데이터/ML 인프라(Kubernetes, GPU 서버, MLOps 도구 등)에 대한 기본 이해
