Lo que harás

⦿ Gestión Documental: Apoyar en la organización y administración de documentación, asegurando el registro preciso y oportuno de información en plataformas digitales para la sucursal de Copiapó. Las actividades diarias incluyen mantener y actualizar registros para respaldar la eficiencia operativa. El éxito se reflejará en documentación confiable y actualizada que contribuya a los objetivos del equipo.

⦿ Operaciones Administrativas: Operar de manera eficiente equipos y herramientas administrativas, participando en tareas que permitan el correcto funcionamiento de las actividades del área. El éxito se demostrará mediante una gestión administrativa ordenada y un soporte efectivo a la operación.

⦿ Colaboración Interdepartamental: Interactuar con diferentes áreas para facilitar el flujo de información y apoyar iniciativas alineadas con los objetivos del negocio. La comunicación y coordinación diaria serán fundamentales para el éxito del puesto.

Lo que aportarás

Requisitos indispensables:

⦿ Estudiante activo de Administración, Prevención de Riesgos, Ciencias Ambientales o carrera afín.

⦿ Nivel intermedio de Microsoft Office.

⦿ Residencia en Copiapó o zonas cercanas

Requisitos deseables:

⦿ Experiencia o familiaridad en el ingreso y gestión de datos en plataformas digitales.

⦿ Conocimientos básicos de procesos administrativos.

⦿ Habilidades de comunicación y organización.

⦿ Actitud proactiva, con disposición para aprender y trabajar de manera colaborativa.
