Lo que harás

Planificación de la Demanda: Planificar y analizar el forecast de productos terminados y materiales críticos para asegurar la continuidad operacional de la mina.

Gestión de Inventarios y Almacenes: Administrar inventarios, almacenes y consignaciones, optimizando los niveles de stock y la disponibilidad de materiales estratégicos.

Gestión Logística: Gestionar procesos logísticos nacionales e internacionales, incluyendo transporte, embarques, almacenamiento y distribución, asegurando el cumplimiento de normativas y plazos establecidos.

Mejora Continua y Liderazgo: Liderar iniciativas de mejora continua, análisis de KPIs, auditorías, negociación con proveedores y desarrollo del equipo.

Abastecimiento Estratégico: Supervisar las actividades de abastecimiento y compras estratégicas para apoyar la eficiencia de la cadena de suministro.

Coordinación con Stakeholders: Colaborar de manera permanente con clientes internos, equipos corporativos y proveedores para asegurar la continuidad de las operaciones.

Seguimiento Operacional: Monitorear y controlar indicadores operacionales para impulsar mejoras en el desempeño.

Liderazgo de Equipo: Dirigir y coordinar un equipo de Supply Chain compuesto por tres personas, promoviendo un entorno colaborativo y orientado a resultados.

La Seguridad es Primero: Demostrar un compromiso del 100% con nuestros comportamientos de cero daño, apoyando el desarrollo de una cultura de seguridad de clase mundial.

Requisitos Obligatorios

  • Más de 3 años de experiencia liderando equipos de Supply Chain, Logística o Abastecimiento, idealmente en la industria minera.
  • Inglés avanzado.
  • Experiencia comprobada liderando equipos de trabajo.
  • Manejo de Oracle.
  • Dominio avanzado de Microsoft Office.

Requisitos Deseables

  • Experiencia utilizando Salesforce.
  • Certificaciones en Supply Chain o Logística.
  • Experiencia administrando consignaciones.
  • Conocimientos en logística internacional.
