Lo que harás

• Tareas de Producción: Realizar trabajos de revestimiento y reparación en estructuras, piezas metálicas, spools y cajones, utilizando planos, instrumentos y herramientas afines. Las actividades diarias incluyen interpretar planos y ejecutar reparaciones de acuerdo con los procedimientos establecidos.

• Seguridad y Gestión de Riesgos: Identificar y controlar los riesgos asociados a tu trabajo, utilizar permanentemente el equipo de protección personal y cumplir con todas las normas de salud, seguridad y medio ambiente. El éxito en este rol implica cero incidentes y total cumplimiento de los protocolos de seguridad.

• Mantenimiento de Equipos: Mantener y realizar el cuidado diario básico de las herramientas y equipos suministrados para asegurar su correcto funcionamiento.

• Gestión del Área de Trabajo: Mantener el área de trabajo limpia y ordenada para promover operaciones seguras y eficientes.

• Colaboración y Aprendizaje: Trabajar en conjunto con supervisores y compañeros de equipo, demostrando responsabilidad, puntualidad y una actitud positiva hacia el aprendizaje y el desarrollo de carrera dentro del área de revestimiento.

• La Seguridad es Primero: Demostrar un compromiso del 100% con nuestros comportamientos de cero daños, en apoyo a nuestro objetivo de desarrollar una cultura de seguridad de clase mundial.

Lo que aportarás

Requisitos Indispensables:

• Enseñanza Media Completa.

• Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en funciones similares o en entornos industriales.

• Disponibilidad para trabajar presencialmente en Antofagasta de lunes a viernes, de acuerdo con el horario establecido.

• Fuerte compromiso con los estándares de seguridad y el uso adecuado de elementos de protección personal.

Requisitos Deseables:

• Experiencia en plantas productivas, manufactura, metalmecánica o industria minera.

• Conocimiento de procedimientos y protocolos de seguridad industrial.

• Conocimientos básicos en herramientas manuales y de taller.

• Evidencia de responsabilidad, puntualidad, trabajo en equipo y capacidad de adaptación.
