Unser Arbeitsgebiet erstreckt sich über den kompletten Bereich der Elektrogebäudetechnik im Industrie-, Krankenhaus- und Verwaltungsbau.

IHRE AUFGABEN

  • Als Kalkulator (m/w/d) wirken Sie in der Frühphase eines Projekts mit und sind aktiv an der Vorbereitung und Erstellung von Angeboten beteiligt
  • Für eine Vergleichbarkeit der Lieferantenangebote sind Sie für die Erstellung von Preisspiegeln verantwortlich
  • Sie prüfen und beurteilen Lieferantenangebote mit Blick auf technische und kaufmännische Aspekte
  • Im Zuge der Angebotskalkulation führen Sie technische Klärungsgespräche mit Ingenieurbüros und Lieferanten
  • Sie unterstützen bei der Terminkoordination der Angebotsausarbeitungen und Kalkulationen
  • Bei der Angebotsentwicklung führen Sie interne Abstimmungen mit unseren Fachabteilungen und dem Vertrieb
  • Sie sind mit für den Aufbau und die Pflege von Stammdaten der Kalkulation verantwortlich
  • Durch Ihre zunehmende Erfahrung aus den Projekten wirken Sie bei der Anpassung und Optimierung der Kalkulationsabläufe mit

IHR PROFIL

  • Abgeschlossene technisch gewerbliche Ausbildung im Fachbereich Elektrotechnik mit Techniker/Meister oder mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
  • Alternativ: abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung in der technischen Kalkulation oder Angebotserstellung
  • Hohe Zahlenaffinität
  • Gute Kenntnisse in den MS Office Anwendungen
  • Selbständige, eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicheres Auftreten und gute Teamfähigkeit
