1、面向企业集团客户提供大模型时代的整体解决方案，覆盖AI战略咨询、大模型基础设施及底座平台搭建、智能体定制开发等； 2、协同产品和研发团队完成企业级AI平台的技术选型与落地，确保解决方案的可扩展性与安全性； 3、主导复杂智能体系统的架构设计与技术方案落地，解决客户业务场景中的AI应用难题； 4、推动大模型后训练、微调技术在企业级场景中的实践，实现定制化模型优化； 5、协同产品、研发团队，将行业需求转化为标准化产品能力，提升解决方案复用性。

1、熟悉大模型及智能体技术发展态势，掌握大模型微调方法及及智能体开发流程，具备大模型项目落地经验； 2、具有3年以上解决方案架构师工作经验，拥有企业信息化咨询或数字化转型项目经验； 3、对企业集团级IT架构、业务流程及数据治理有深刻理解，能够抽象复杂需求并设计技术方案； 4、良好的逻辑思维与文档撰写能力，能独立完成技术白皮书与行业案例输出； 5、本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、软件工程等相关专业优先； 6、英语可作为工作语言者优先，具备外企或海外项目经验者优先。
