1、负责大模型项目的整体交付管理工作，包括项目计划制定、进度推进、质量控制、风险管理与客户协调，确保交付目标达成； 2、作为交付负责人，协同解决方案、售前、算法、工程等团队，保障大模型及其应用/智能体在训练、微调、部署、集成、上线和业务落地等各阶段的顺利推进； 3、建立并维护交付流程与标准文档，推动大模型项目从PoC到规模化上线的高效落地； 4、管理并拓展外部ISV和生态合作伙伴资源，协助招募、技术对接与管理，提升生态交付能力； 5、负责与客户对接交付过程中的需求落地、问题协调、阶段验收等，提升客户满意度； 6、跟踪交付项目运行状态，识别问题并推动闭环，定期向内部及客户汇报项目进展。

1、计算机相关专业背景，了解大语言模型（LLM）工作原理，有大模型训练、微调、部署经验者优先； 2、有工程或开发背景者优先，能理解并协调模型训练及推理过程中的技术问题； 3、三年以上项目管理或交付管理经验，有ToB技术项目、AI类项目完整交付经验； 4、有较强的组织协调能力、跨团队协作能力和抗压能力； 5、有ISV或生态合作伙伴管理经验者优先，具备从0到1搭建交付伙伴生态的能力； 6、逻辑清晰、责任心强，具备强烈的主人翁意识和客户成功导向。
