- Translate business objectives and customer needs into scalable site enhancements and digital experience improvements.
Drive Performance Through Data
- Leverage analytics and customer insights to continuously improve conversion, revenue per visitor, average order value, engagement, and retention.
- Develop a culture of testing, learning, and optimization through experimentation and A/B testing.
- Analyze customer behavior, product performance, promotional effectiveness, and profitability indicators to guide decision-making.
- Present insights, recommendations, and business impact to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Lead Seasonal & Promotional Excellence
- Own site planning and execution for major holidays, gifting events, promotional campaigns, and product launches.
- Coordinate merchandising priorities, promotional calendars, content updates, inventory considerations, and operational readiness.
- Partner with business leaders to ensure strategic products and initiatives receive maximum visibility and impact.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and recommend innovative merchandising and experience enhancements.
Build and Develop High-Performing Teams
- Lead, coach, and develop a team responsible for site merchandising and product information management.
- Establish clear goals, accountability, and performance expectations.
- Foster collaboration, analytical thinking, customer-centric decision making, and operational excellence.
- Communicate strategy, priorities, risks, and performance updates across the organization.
