5.1. Осуществлять бухгалтерский учет и отчетность, исполнение плана ФХД по доходам и расходам МБДОУ. 5.2. Формировать полную и достоверную информацию и отчетность в пределах своих полномочий; 5.3. Осуществляет прием и контроль первичной документации по соответствующим участкам бухгалтерского учета 5.4. Формировать заявки на кассовые расходы по соответствующим участкам бухгалтерского учета. 5.5. Осуществлять учет расчетов с сотрудниками МБДОУ по заработной плате: своевременно начислять и перечислять (с учётом возможности программного обеспечения Управления Федерального Казначейства) заработную плату, отпускные, пособия, компенсации и другие выплаты; оформлять расчетно-платежные ведомости, составлять журнал операций № 6. 5.6. Подготавливать сведения по персонифицированному учету в Пенсионный фонд и сведения о доходах в ИФНС по заработной плате, подготавливать сведения в ФСС. 5.7. Производить начисление и перечисление налогов и сборов в федеральный, региональный и местный бюджеты, страховых взносов в государственные внебюджетные социальные фонды, платежей в банковские учреждения; средств на финансирование заработной платы рабочих и служащих, других выплат и платежей. 5.8. Подготавливать данные по соответствующим участкам бухгалтерского учета для составления отчетности, следить за сохранностью бухгалтерских документов, оформлять их в соответствии с установленным порядком для передачи в архив. 5.9. На время отсутствия бухгалтеров других участков осуществлять их работу в рамках замещения на основании приказа заведующего МБДОУ, изданного с соблюдением требований законодательства о труде; 5.10. Ведет бухгалтерский учет кассовых операций, принимает к учету первичные учетные документы о фактах хозяйственной жизни учреждения; 5.11. Ведет прием и выдачу наличных денег, денежных документов, обеспечивает их 5.12. Принимает участие в проведении инвентаризаций. 5.13. Осуществлять учет расчетов с подотчетными лицами: осуществлять прием заявлений на выдачу авансов, оформлять платежные ведомости, контролировать сроки, на которые выдаются авансы, осуществлять прием и проверку авансовых отчетов (за исключением представительских расходов), ежемесячно составлять журнал операций № 3

-Бухгалтер 1 категории: высшее профессиональное (экономическое)образование, стаж работы в должности бухгалтера 2 категории не менее 3 лет -Бухгалтер 2 категории: высшее профессиональное (экономическое) образование без требований к стажу работы или среднее профессиональное образование и стаж в должности бухгалтера не менее 3 леь - бухгалтер: среднее профессиональное образование, стаж работы по учету и контролю не менее 3 лет.
