Du bist der Herzschlag für unser Team in der Region Berlin und überregional – mit einem klaren Fokus auf Business Partnering, Recruiting und Mitarbeitendenbetreuung vor Ort in Berlin.

In dieser Rolle bist Du die zentrale Ansprechperson für alle People Themen in Deiner Region – von der Gewinnung in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Talent Acquisition Team über ein begeisterndes Onboarding bis hin zur Weiterentwicklung eines attraktiven Arbeitsumfelds. Du arbeitest dabei eng mit dem General Manager der Region zusammen, bist jedoch in einem überregionalen People Team beheimatet.

Dein Spielfeld

  • Du bist Sparringspartner:in für unsere Führungskräfte in der Region Berlin und überregional und begleitest sie in allen People & Culture Themen.
  • Du begleitest unsere Mitarbeitenden entlang des gesamten Employee Lifecycles – von der Gewinnung über das Onboarding bis hin zur Entwicklung und langfristigen Bindung.
  • Du berätst bei Performance-, Team- und Organisationsentwicklungsfragen und entwickelst gemeinsam mit den Teams nachhaltige Lösungen.
  • Du identifizierst Entwicklungspotenziale und leitest daraus wirkungsvolle Maßnahmen für Menschen, Teams und unsere Organisation ab.
  • Du stellst die Einhaltung arbeitsrechtlicher sowie organisatorischer Standards sicher und entwickelst unsere People-Prozesse kontinuierlich weiter.
  • Du gestaltest unsere holokratische Organisationsstruktur aktiv mit und unterstützt Teams dabei, Verantwortung zu übernehmen, Zusammenarbeit zu stärken und Veränderungen erfolgreich zu gestalten.

Deine Stärken

  • + 3 Jahre als People/HR Business Partner – idealerweise im Scale-up
  • Erfahrung im Aufbau von Strukturen, Prozessen
  • Kenntnisse im deutschen Arbeits- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
  • Strukturierte, datenbasierte und gleichzeitig pragmatische Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung und Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke sowie Empathie und Vertrauensfähigkeit
  • Offenheit für holokratische Zusammenarbeit (Erfahrung von Vorteil)
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Münchens (3 Tage/Woche vor Ort)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Tools (z. B. MS Office, Personio)
