Job Responsibilities

* Develop and execute overall marketing strategies and annual marketing plans for three brands.

* Manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, SEO, SEM, and Meta Ads to drive quality leads, appointments, customer visits, and conversions.

* Monitor campaign performance, marketing expenditure, revenue contribution, and ROI, recommending data-driven improvements.

* Prepare marketing reports, dashboards, and strategic presentations for management.

* Plan and execute integrated online and offline marketing campaigns, including ATL, BTL, OOH, mall activations, brand launches, and promotional events.

* Manage media partners, advertising agencies, external vendors, landlords, and other stakeholders.

* Oversee marketing collateral, digital assets, and printed materials to maintain brand consistency and quality.

* Lead, coach, and manage a marketing team of more than three employees, establishing clear KPIs and monitoring performance.

* Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and retail teams to support business growth and profitability.

* Develop and manage marketing budgets across all three brands, ensuring effective resource allocation and return on investment.

* Lead strategic marketing projects and other initiatives assigned by Management. Job Requirements

* Minimum five years of relevant marketing experience, with demonstrated leadership and people-management capabilities.

* Proven experience leading and managing a marketing team of more than three employees.

* Strong hands-on expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.

* Experience in beauty, haircare, skincare, aesthetics, or premium service industries is an advantage.

* Strong analytical skills, commercial awareness, and experience in data-driven marketing reporting.

* Excellent project management, budget management, and stakeholder coordination skills.

* Strong understanding of brand positioning, visual presentation, and brand consistency.

* Able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

* Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with management, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
