Проводить контрольные (надзорные) мероприятия, предусмотренные федеральным законом и положениями о видах контроля; Осуществлять в рамках контрольного (надзорного), профилактического мероприятия контрольные (надзорные) действия, составлять необходимые документы, в которых отражаются результаты контрольных (надзорных) действий; Выдавать контролируемым лицам предписания об устранении выявленных нарушений обязательных требований; Осуществлять контроль устранения выявленных нарушений обязательных требований; Исполнять полномочия в рамках осуществления федерального государственного санитарно-эпидемиологического контроля (надзора), федерального государственного контроля (надзора) за обеспечением безопасности донорской крови и ее компонентов в отношении субъектов обращения донорской крови и (или) ее компонентов; Проводить профилактические мероприятия в установленных законом случаях в соответствии с утверждённой Программой профилактики Управления; Составлять и (или) давать оценку экспертного заключения по результатам экспертизы, в целях установления причинно-следственной связи выявленного нарушения обязательных требований с фактом причинения вреда жизни, здоровью граждан; Выдавать рекомендации по соблюдению обязательных требований, проведению иных мероприятий, направленных на профилактику рисков причинения вреда (ущерба) охраняемым законом ценностям; Оформлять документы для привлечения к ответственности лиц, допустивших выявленные нарушения, в том числе, составлять и подписывать протоколы об административных правонарушениях, иные документы, предусмотренные КоАП РФ; Проводить расследования и учёт профессиональных заболеваний, составлять санитарно-гигиенические характеристики условий труда работника при подозрении у него профессионального заболевания (отравления); Организовывать контроль за своевременностью и полнотой прохождения медицинского осмотра сотрудниками подконтрольных объектов; Изучать, анализировать и оценивать санитарно-эпидемиологическую обстановку на поднадзорных объектах и окружающей территории города Краснокаменска; Проводить консультации, давать рекомендации индивидуальным предпринимателям, юридическим лицам, должностным лицам и иным лицам по вопросам выполнения обязательных требований. Участвовать в оказании государственной услуги по выдаче санитарно-эпидемиологического заключения на основании результатов санитарно-эпидемиологических экспертиз, расследований, обследований, исследований, испытаний и иных видов оценок соблюдения санитарно-эпидемиологических и гигиенических требований, оформлять результаты оказанной услуги в ФГИС ПГС в установленные законодательством сроки.
