Анализировать кадровую ситуацию в школе, профессионально-квалификационную структуру кадров, документацию по учёту кадров, состояние трудовой дисциплины, результаты аттестации сотрудников и их деловые качества. Вести книгу кадровых приказов, кадровые приказы (в электронном и бумажном виде), личные дела и трудовые книжки сотрудников, базу данных по сотрудникам, установленную отчётную документацию по кадрам. Консультировать сотрудников школы и иных лиц по вопросам имеющихся вакансий, штатной структуры школы, тарифно-квалификационных требований, должностных обязанностей, трудового законодательства. Обеспечивать выдачу справок сотрудникам об их настоящей и прошлой трудовой деятельности на основании записей в трудовой книжке, своевременное оформление трудовых книжек, личных дел сотрудников и кадровых приказов, своевременную подготовку и сдачу установленной отчётной документации по кадрам. Участвовать в расстановке кадров, в разработке перспективных и текущих планов по работе с кадрами, в работе по адаптации вновь назначенных сотрудников, в работе аттестационных и квалификационных комиссий. Контролировать своевременное оформление приёма, перевода и увольнения работников, выдачу справок об их настоящей и прошлой трудовой деятельности, соблюдение правил хранения и заполнения трудовых книжек, подготовку документов для установления льгот и компенсаций, оформления пенсий работникам и другой установленной документации по кадрам, а также внесение соответствующей информации в банк данных о персонале школы.

Образование: среднее профессиональное образование (программы подготовки специалистов среднего звена) и дополнительное профессиональное образование (программы профессиональной переподготовки в области управления персоналом или в области документационного обеспечения работы с персоналом). Опыт практической работы: не менее трёх лет в сфере управления персоналом при наличии среднего профессионального образования и дополнительного профессионального образования.
