Руководит сотрудниками отдела кадров. Возглавляет работу по комплектованию организации кадрами, ведению и своевременному пополнению банка данных о количественном и качественном составе кадров. Определяет критерии поиска и подбора персонала. Организует разработку прогнозов текущей потребности в кадрах, используя средства массовой информации для помещения объявлений о вакансиях. Проводит работу по определению потребности в обучении, повышении квалификации, профессиональной переподготовки, освоению профессиональных образовательных программ специалистами с высшим медицинским, средним медицинским и фармацевтическим образованием и направляет на обучение. Осуществляет документальное и консультативное сопровождение медицинских сотрудников, обучающихся на портале НМО. Обеспечивает функционирование системы адаптации новых сотрудников в организации. Обеспечивает постоянное повышение уровня профессиональных знаний, умений и навыков сотрудников организации в соответствии с целями и стратегией организации, кадровой политикой, направлениями и уровнем развития техники, технологии и организации управления для эффективной работы организации. Организует методическое и информационное обеспечение для прохождения аттестации сотрудниками, принимает участие в анализе результатов аттестации, разработке мероприятий по реализации решений аттестационных комиссий, определяет круг специалистов, подлежащих повторной проверке. Изучает причины текучести кадров, участвует в разработке мероприятий по ее снижению. Контролирует соблюдение социальных гарантий сотрудников организации. Ведет учет личного состава организации и ее подразделений в соответствии с унифицированными формами первичной учетной документации. Осуществляет контроль за состоянием трудовой дисциплины в подразделениях организации и соблюдением сотрудниками Правил трудового распорядка. Ведет установленную отчетность по учету личного состава и работе с кадрами, направляет ее в государственные органы в сроки установленные законодательством РФ. Ведет документации по учету и движению персонала: Разрабатывает типовые формы документов по учету и движению персонала, сопровождение процедур оформления трудовых отношений: Осуществляет администрирование процессов и документооборота по учету и движению персонала, представлению документов по персоналу в государственные органы:
