Наша миссия — максимизировать шансы на успешную беременность за счет улучшения существующих технологий и создания новых. Задачи: Руководство и КДП Управление КДП: руководство функцией кадрового администрирования Клиники (штат 300 человек, в подчинении 4 специалиста). Автоматизация процессов: координация проектов по модернизации и автоматизации кадрового делопроизводства. Кадровый аудит: проведение регулярных внутренних аудитов КДП и ведения воинского учета. Архивное дело: организация системы надежного хранения и архивации кадровых документов. Компенсации, льготы и структура (C ) Организационный дизайн: разработка, внедрение и контроль организационно-штатной структуры Клиники. Система оплаты труда: разработка и контроль применения повременной и сдельной систем оплаты труда. Учет рабочего времени: контроль составления графиков работы и табелей при суммированном учете рабочего времени. Правовая безопасность и ЛНА Разработка ЛНА: создание, актуализация и внедрение локальных нормативных актов Клиники. Комплаенс-контроль: мониторинг изменений трудового законодательства и судебной практики для минимизации правовых рисков. Взаимодействие с госорганами: представление интересов Клиники при проверках надзорно-контрольных органов. Трудовое право: контроль соблюдения норм законодательства и внутренних регламентов, консультирование сотрудников. Охрана труда и подбор персонала Охрана труда: контроль функционирования системы управления охраной труда (СУОТ). Рекрутинг: контроль процессов поиска, привлечения, подбора и отбора персонала. Аналитика и отчетность Кадровая отчетность: подготовка и консолидация аналитической отчетности по движению персонала для руководства. Требования: Профильный опыт: обязателен успешный опыт работы в медицинских организациях. Профессиональные знания: отличное знание Трудового кодекса РФ и кадрового законодательства. Экспертиза в оплате труда: понимание различных форм и систем заработной платы. Образование: высшее образование, а также дипломы о профессиональной переподготовке в сфере HR / управления персоналом. Цифровые навыки: уверенное владение ПК (1C:ЗУП, продвинутый Excel, системы КЭДО). Условия: - 5/2 офис, м.
