- выявляет потребности в обучении по охране труда, оказанию первой помощи пострадавшим с учетом требований, соответствующих нормативных правовых актов; - осуществляет подготовку проекта технического задания для заключения контрактов с образовательными организациями на проведение обучения директора общеобразовательной организации и специалистов по вопросам охраны труда, проверки знания требований охраны труда с использованием электронных шаблонов; контролирует проведение обучения работников школы безопасным методам и приемам выполнения работ, инструктажей по охране труда и стажировок в соответствии с нормативными требованиями; - оказывает методическую помощь руководителям структурных подразделений образовательной организации в разработке программ обучения, инструктажей, стажировок и инструкций по охране труда; - проводит периодическое обучение работников рабочих профессий оказанию первой помощи пострадавшим; - проводит вводный инструктаж по охране труда, осуществляет координацию проведения инструктажей на рабочем месте.

1.1. Специалист по охране труда общеобразовательной организации должен уметь: применять государственные нормативные требования охраны труда при разработке локальных нормативных актов; применять нормативные правовые акты в части выделения в них требований, процедур, регламентов, рекомендаций для адаптации и внедрения в локальную нормативную документацию общеобразовательного учреждения; анализировать и оценивать предложения и замечания к проектам локальных нормативных актов по охране труда; анализировать изменения законодательства в сфере охраны труда; пользоваться справочными информационными базами данных, содержащими документы и материалы по охране труда; разрабатывать (подбирать) программы обучения по вопросам охраны труда, методические материалы для работников общеобразовательного учреждения; проводить вводный инструктаж по охране труда; консультировать по вопросам разработки программ инструктажей, обучения по охране труда и проверки знаний требований охраны труда; пользоваться современными техническими средствами обучения (мультимедийным проектором, персональным компьютером); оценивать эффективность обучения работников школы по вопросам охраны труда; формировать отчетные документы о проведении обучения, инструктажей по охране труда и проверки знаний требований охраны труда; готовить документы, содержащие полную и объективную информацию по вопросам охраны труда
