Обеспечивать безопасность и охрану жизни и здоровья детей в период пребывания в ГПД: следить за соблюдением правил поведения, техники безопасности, контролировать состояние помещений и игровых зон, оперативно реагировать на нештатные ситуации. Организовывать режим дня группы: прогулки, отдых, самоподготовку и досуговые мероприятия согласно утверждённому расписанию. Контролировать и помогать в выполнении домашних заданий (самоподготовка): создавать условия для самостоятельной работы, консультировать по вопросам, при необходимости привлекать учителей-предметников, следить за тем, чтобы нагрузка соответствовала возрастным нормам. Проводить воспитательные и развивающие мероприятия: игры, творческие занятия, беседы, тематические часы, экскурсии, проекты с учётом возрастных особенностей младших школьников. Вести документацию: журнал посещаемости ГПД, планы воспитательной работы (годовой, поквартальный, ежедневный), отчёты о проведённых мероприятиях, учёт индивидуальных достижений детей. Взаимодействовать с учителями, психологом, логопедом и другими специалистами школы: обмениваться информацией об успехах и трудностях детей, участвовать в разработке индивидуальных подходов к ученикам, в том числе с ОВЗ. Работать с родителями: консультировать по вопросам пребывания ребёнка в ГПД, информировать об успехах и поведении, организовывать встречи и родительские собрания, при необходимости приглашать на беседы с администрацией. Поддерживать благоприятный психологический климат в группе, помогать детям разрешать конфликты, развивать навыки общения, учитывать индивидуальные особенности и интересы каждого ребёнка. Соблюдать санитарно-гигиенические нормы и правила охраны труда: следить за чистотой и порядком в закреплённом помещении, исправностью мебели и оборудования, проветриванием, освещённостью и т. д.

Режим работы: пятидневная рабочая неделя, с 15:00 до 19:00 Знание нормативной базы: ФГОС, СанПиН, правила охраны труда и техники безопасности, основы первой помощи. Профессиональные компетенции: педагогика и возрастная психология младших школьников, методики воспитательной работы, навыки организации групповой деятельности и ведения документации (журналы, планы, отчёты). Личностные качества: ответственность, терпение, стрессоустойчивость, коммуникабельность, организаторские способности, творческий подход. Взаимодействие: умение выстраивать диалог с детьми, родителями и педагогами, работать в команде со специалистами школы.
