Deine Position

  • Zentrale Ansprechperson und lösungsorientiertes Bindeglied zwischen Kund*innen, Montage-Teams und internen Schnittstellen
  • Übernahme der Kundenkommunikation nach abgeschlossener Projektplanung durch das Projektmanagement
  • Koordination der Baustellenabläufe sowie Abstimmung mit Montage-Teams und relevanten Partnern
  • Organisation und Koordination von Service- und After-Sales-Fällen inklusive Terminabstimmung und Nachverfolgung
  • Bearbeitung und Steuerung von Serviceaufträgen sowie Sicherstellung einer schnellen und kundenorientierten Lösung
  • Unterstützung bei der Organisation der Montageunterlagen und administrativen Projektabwicklung
  • Aktiver Beitrag zur Steigerung der Kundenzufriedenheit durch professionelle Kommunikation und lösungsorientiertes Handeln

Dein Profil

  • Berufserfahrung in der Projektkoordination, Kundenbetreuung oder als Disponent, idealerweise mit Interesse an Technik und Erneuerbaren Energien
  • Strukturiertes, selbstständiges und gewissenhaftes Arbeiten mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch
  • Kommunikationsstärke gepaart mit einer ausgeprägten Dienstleistungsmentalität
  • Digitale Affinität und schnelle Einarbeitung in neue Softwarelösungen
  • Teamgeist, Motivation und der Wille, gemeinsam etwas zu bewegen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
