Deine Position

  • Aufbau der Commercial-Sparte: Du legst den Grundstein für unsere neue B2B-Abteilung in Hildesheim und planst anspruchsvolle Heizungssysteme für Großprojekte und gewerbliche Kunden.
  • Komplexe Auswertung & Dimensionierung: Analyse von Heizlastberechnungen für B2B-Anlagen zur Beurteilung der Machbarkeit, inklusive Erstellung komplexer Hydraulikschemata, Schalldämm- und JAZ-Berechnungen.
  • Technische Feinplanung: Detaillierte Planung und Visualisierung gewerblicher Wärmepumpensysteme mithilfe moderner Softwaretools zur Gewährleistung höchster technischer Machbarkeit.
  • Qualitätssicherung & Abnahme: Sicherstellung unserer Qualitätsstandards vor Ort sowie die finale technische Abnahme der Großanlagen gemeinsam mit den B2B-Kunden.
  • Schnittstelle & Beratung: Technische Unterstützung für Vertrieb und Auftragsmanagement bei komplexen B2B-Fragen sowie Durchführung technischer Produktschulungen.
  • Projektdokumentation: Lückenlose Erfassung, Organisation und Pflege technischer Spezifikationen, Installationsberichte und aller projektrelevanten B2B-Dokumente.
  • Sektorenkopplung: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Expertenteams aus unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen für eine ganzheitliche, gewerbliche Energieplanung.
  • Reporting: Regelmäßige Berichterstattung an die Bereichsleitung über Projektstatus, Qualitätskennzahlen, Herausforderungen und Erfolge im Commercial-Bereich.

Dein Profil

  • Fundierte Qualifikation: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Meister / Techniker / Dipl.-Ing. / M.Sc. / B.Sc. in der Versorgungstechnik, Gebäude- und Energietechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung (aufgrund der Anlagenkomplexität zwingend erforderlich).
  • Fundierte Erfahrung: Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der technischen Auslegung und Planung komplexer Heizungshydrauliken, Großwärmepumpen und gewerblicher Heizungssysteme.
  • Kunden- & Serviceorientierung: Ausgeprägtes „Customer First“-Mindset und Professionalität im Umgang mit B2B-Kunden und Partnern.
  • Analytische Stärke: Strategisches und strukturierte Denkvermögen sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Herausforderungen eigenständig zu lösen.
  • Macher-Mentalität: Hohe Zuverlässigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und die Motivation, aktiv beim Aufbau einer neuen Abteilung mitzuwirken und die Energiewende im Großanlagenbereich voranzutreiben.
