Unser Ziel: Kunden dauerhaft mit günstigem, sauberem und intelligent gesteuertem Strom zu versorgen. Mit 1KOMMA5° Commercial, Industrial & Public Solutions übertragen wir diese Kompetenz auf Gewerbe-, Industrie- und öffentliche Gebäudeportfolios. Wir entwickeln, bauen und betreiben skalierbare New-Energy-Infrastrukturen — von Photovoltaik über Speicher und Ladeinfrastruktur bis hin zu Energiemanagement und portfolioübergreifender Steuerung.

Deine Position

  • Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von Bauprojekten von der Erstbegehung bis zur erfolgreichen Netzeinspeisung im Bereich Photovoltaik, Speicher und Ladeinfrastruktur
  • Fachliche Führung und Steuerung von Subdienstleistern vor Ort von der Baustelleneinrichtung bis zur mängelfreien mechanischen und elektrischen Fertigstellung
  • Konsequente Durchsetzung aller Arbeitssicherheitsvorgaben sowie regelmäßige Durchführung zielgerichteter Baustellenunterweisungen und Toolbox-Talks
  • Enge Abstimmung mit der Projektleitung bezüglich Baufortschritt, Materiallogistik, Bautagebuchführung und Baubehinderungen
  • Begleitung der DC- und AC-seitigen Inbetriebnahme, Durchführung kontinuierlicher Qualitätskontrollen sowie Koordination der gesamten Baustellenlogistik und Materialannahme

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene handwerkliche Ausbildung, Meister- oder Technikerabschluss in den Bereichen Elektrotechnik,Bauwesen, Dachdeckerhandwerk, Metallbau oder ein vergleichbares technisches Studium
  • Mehrjährige fundierte Praxis in der Bau- oder Oberbauleitung im Bereich schlüsselfertiger PV-Aufdachanlagen,Energieinfrastrukturprojekte oder im Baugewerbe
  • Hohe Affinität zur Arbeitssicherheit gepaart mit einem souveränen Auftreten und Durchsetzungsstärke gegenüber Nachunternehmern
  • Stark strukturierte Arbeitsweise kombiniert mit ausgeprägtem Organisationstalent und absoluter Verlässlichkeit
  • Gültiger Führerschein der Klasse B sowie die Bereitschaft zu regionalen Dienstreisen zu unseren Baustellen
