Deine Position

  • Im Rahmen von 3- bis 6-monatigen Stationen lernst du die operativen und strategischen Schlüsselbereiche unseres Unternehmens von Grund auf kennen (u. a. Go-To-Market & Bid-Management, Operations, Product & Technology, Finance & Legal sowie Strategy / Chief of Staff)
  • Strategische und operative Sonderprojekte (z. B. Marktanalysen fürgezielte Produktentwicklungen und Einführungen oder Prozessstandardisierungen) steuerst du eigenständig und wirkst aktiv an deren Umsetzung mit
  • Durch datenbasierte Prozessanalysen deckst du Effizienzpotenziale an den Schnittstellen zwischen Go-To-Market, Projektmanagement und Planung auf und etablierst skalierbare Best Practices
  • Bei strategischen Initiativen begleitest du Bereichsleiter und Geschäftsführung, erarbeitest belastbare Entscheidungsvorlagen und unterstützt bei der Vorbereitung von Leadership-Meetings
  • Durch gezielte Leadership-Trainings und die Übernahme lateraler Projektverantwortung stärkst du kontinuierlich deine Führungskompetenzen, um dich gezielt auf deine erste Teamlead-Rolle vorzubereiten

Dein Profil

  • Überdurchschnittlich und mit Top-Noten abgeschlossenes Masterstudium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Ingenieurwissenschaften, Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit starkem quantitativ-technischem Schwerpunkt oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Erste fundierte Praxiserfahrung (z. B. durch Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten) in der Strategieberatung, im Venture Capital, im Tech-/CleanTech-Umfeld oder in einem schnell skalierenden Industrie- bzw. Start-up-Umfeld
  • Ausgeprägtes technisches und wirtschaftliches Systemverständnis für Erneuerbare Energien (Photovoltaik, Großspeicher, Energiemanagementsysteme, Ladeinfrastruktur)
  • Stark ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, strukturierte Problemlösungskompetenz und Begeisterung für messbare Kennzahlen (KPIs)
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative, Pragmatismus („Hands-on“-Mentalität) und der klare Anspruch, schnell Führungsverantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Empathie und Moderationsgeschick an der Schnittstelle zwischen technischen und kaufmännischen Teams
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
