Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für die Definition, Umsetzung und Überwachung von Verkaufszielen sowie KPIs zur Umsatzsteigerung und Neukundengewinnung
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung innovativer Vertriebsstrategien zur Erreichung und Übertreffung der Umsatzvorgaben

  • Identifikation neuer Marktpotenziale und strategischer Ausbau des Neukundengeschäfts
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Marketing zur Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Kampagnen und Vertriebsmaßnahmen
  • Repräsentation des Unternehmens auf internationalen Messen und Events zur Kundengewinnung
  • Analyse von Verkaufs- und Marketingkennzahlen zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung der Vertriebsstrategien
  • Erstellung und Präsentation regelmäßiger Performance-Analysen und Berichte für interne und externe Stakeholder

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im internationalen Vertrieb, Business Development oder Account Management, idealerweise im CDMO-Bereich oder der pharmazeutischen / nahrungsergänzenden Industrie
  • Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Neukundengewinnung und Geschäftsentwicklung
  • Analytische Kompetenz zur Auswertung von Verkaufsdaten und Markttrends
  • Projektmanagement-Skills für standortübergreifende Zusammenarbeit
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und CRM-Systemen
  • Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsgeschick mit lösungsorientierter Denkweise
  • Eigeninitiative, Zielstrebigkeit und Erfahrung im Change-Management
  • Gelegentliche Reisetätigkeit im In- und Ausland, z. B. für Standort-, Messe- und Kundenbesuche
  • Flexibilität für Vor-Ort-Termine an unserem Standort in Straßlach
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
