Ob beim Laufen, Radfahren, im Gym oder im Alltag – SHOKZ steht für ein völlig neues Audioerlebnis. Als Verkaufsberater bist du das Gesicht der Marke vor Ort und zeigst Kund, warum Open-Ear-Audio die perfekte Kombination aus Komfort, Sicherheit und hochwertigem Klang bietet.

Dich erwartet kein klassischer Promotionjob, sondern eine abwechslungsreiche Aufgabe in einem modernen Retail-Umfeld. Nach einer umfassenden Produktschulung berätst du Kund kompetent und machst die Marke SHOKZ erlebbar.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Aktive Ansprache und kompetente Beratung von Kunden
  • Präsentation und Demonstration der SHOKZ Open-Ear-Kopfhörer
  • Individuelle Beratung mit Fokus auf Sport, Lifestyle und innovative Audiotechnologie
  • Aufbau einer positiven Customer Experience und Unterstützung des Abverkaufs
  • Erreichen der vereinbarten Verkaufsziele
  • Repräsentation der Marke SHOKZ mit Begeisterung und Professionalität

Deine Skills

  • Freude am Verkauf und am direkten Kundenkontakt
  • Begeisterung für Sport, Running, Fitness oder einen aktiven Lifestyle
  • Interesse an innovativer Audio-, Wearable- oder Consumer-Electronics-Technologie
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie ein sicheres und sympathisches Auftreten
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Verkauf, Einzelhandel, in der Kundenberatung oder als Markenbotschafter
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse sind aufgrund des internationalen Publikums von Vorteil
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Interesse an einer langfristigen Zusammenarbeit
  • Wohnort idealerweise im Großraum Hamburg

  • Festanstellung in Teilzeit (3 Tage die Woche mit 24 Std.) oder Vollzeit (40 Std. / Woche)
  • Befristeter Arbeitsvertrag für 12 Monate mit Option auf Verlängerung

Rahmendaten Start: 01.10.2026 Einsatzort: MediaMarkt Tech Village Hamburg (Lighthouse), Mönckebergstraße 1, 20095 Hamburg Arbeitszeiten: 10:00–19:00 Uhr oder 11:00–20:00 Uhr (8 Stunden Arbeitszeit plus 1 Stunde Pause) an 3 Tagen / Woche Probezeit: 6 Monate
