Deine Aufgaben

Du liebst Social Media, kennst die neuesten Trends auf TikTok & Instagram und willst verstehen, wie erfolgreiche Marken mit Creator:innen zusammenarbeiten? Dann starte dein Volontariat bei MSM.digital und wachse in einem Team, das dich fördert, inspiriert und dir Raum gibt, dich auszuprobieren.

Bei uns lernst du:

  • Wie man kreative Social-Media-Strategien für internationale Brands entwickelt
  • Wie Influencer-Kampagnen konzipiert, umgesetzt und ausgewertet werden
  • Wie man Content- und Posting-Pläne erstellt, Storytelling konzipiert und Communities aufbaut
  • Wie Performance-Daten ausgewertet werden, um Kampagnen zu optimieren

Deine Skills

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Kommunikation, Marketing oder Medien
  • Erste Einblicke in Social Media oder Influencer Marketing, z. B. durch Praktika
  • Gute Ausdrucksweise in Wort und Schrift (Deutsch & Englisch)
  • Organisationstalent und ein Auge für Details
  • Du nutzt Social Media aktiv und kennst aktuelle Plattformtrends
  • Du hast Spaß an kreativem Content, bist neugierig, zuverlässig und arbeitest gern im Team
